I\'ve been a realtor now for over 10 years- worked for several big companies, and now have had my own Family Company going on my fourth year. All three of my daughters work with me as my partners. We are really different than most realtors- that\'s why we call ourselves Portland\'s Creative Realtors. We do 1.5% Listings, Flat Fee listing, we\'ll write up an offer for you for a flat fee- and are open to all kinds of creative ideas! I\'ve averaged 45-60 sales a year - right now in May 2009 we have around 40 listings- always have some pending!
